So week four has just ended and we had a weigh in on Wednesday, unfortunately it was a bit of a slow week and as a family we remained the same weight. We're still following the Unislim plan and there are still no sweets in the house, we need to keep ourselves motivated by trying new foods on the plan and adding them to our diet.
We're still training with Paddy Cunningham every Friday but we're finding it hard to fit our hour of exercise into the day but we just need to get up and do it really! I'm sure paddy will sort us out tomorrow!
