Your Quick Loss Shopping List

It's been a sensational start to 2012 in Unislim! Our classes are buzzing with incredible weight loss from members on our supercharged Quick Loss plan. Well done everyone on your amazing weight loss results. You've stuck to the plan and it shows!

Judging by your comments and feedback on Facebook you're loving it so far and the recipes are a big hit with everyone.

 

Our new finger-licking Chicken and Spicy Red Cabbage recipe is getting the big time of thumbs up and that ever-so tasty little dish was inspired by one of our fab members. So, if you have any healthy, slimming twists to dishes you're cooking up at home please share them with us and send them in!

 

In the meantime I've put together this easy peasy shopping list for our 7-Day Quick Loss plan so you can get all you need for the next seven days. Remember, you don't need to buy everything and can swap foods you don't like. There's an incredible selection of fruit and vegetables and I highly recommend you stock up on as many as you can because you'll be eating lots!!

    I noticed you didn't really include vegetarian's , well apart from fruit veg and eggs, What about Tofu, Quorn or Linda McCartney range? Just a suggestion x

    could have done with this last week when i did MY quick loss plan. lol! although i usually buy this lot anyway. there a few i didnt realise i could have those in there. will be stocking up on them so! thanks very much
