Unislim to me is the greatest lifestyle change that I could ever have made. It has been the most emotional journey that I have ever been on; I can honestly say that hand on heart. My joining weight was 15:4, my BMI was 32.4, my join date was 27/10/10. I knew I had a weight problem I was always saying to myself I will start my diet on Monday, but Monday came it lasted a day and that was it. Every year I would have to buy new holiday clothes as my other clothes had gone to small, and that hurt, really hurt, but it was my own fault no one else did that to me, just ME. When I was bigger I felt uncomfortable getting out of the car at the school gate to collect my two children which may seem strange but that’s how I felt. I hated meeting up with people I hadn’t seen in years because of all the weight I had put on. My brother got married on 08/10/10 I had avoided the camera for a long time but there was no avoiding it that day. This is where my story changes for the better for me and my family. I saw the photos, I was so upset how I looked. There and then I knew I had to do something. My friend told me about Unislim how she was doing so well, how you could eat a lot of normal food, it didn’t sound difficult so I said I would give it a try.

My husband has a new wife and my children have a new mother. I can wear whatever I like, well within reason J Unislim I think has brought me back to when I was 20, I have confidence which I had lost for years. People don’t recognise me and that is the best feeling. I can’t praise Unislim enough, it’s the best plan anyone could do. Its turns my life around and I love it. I asked my husband what he really thinks of my weight loss, he told me big or small he loved me, but that he knows that I needed to do this for myself. I have loads of energy, I love to walk now which before I would not even have dreamed off. This year my holiday shopping was a lot different from other years, everything was too big, I wore size 18 last year, this year it was a 10 to 12, what a feeling I can tell you that was. Unislim to me is not for a few months, it’s my lifestyle change forever. Now to date I have lost 74lbs my new weight is 10.1. I feel fantastic.
