A friend of mine had been a member of Unislim and lost weight. She was so successful with Unislim, and nothing had worked for her before, that I thought I would give it a go. What I love about Unislim is that they help you to promise to yourself that you’re going to do it.There’s so much encouragement in the class each week – we’re all in the same boat and we all have the same commitment to succeed but we couldn’t do it without the support of the leaders.
I never would have imagined that I could have lost more than 50 pounds until I met Anne and Marlaina. One of the best things about losing all the weight? I used to dread going shopping but now I love it – you have to drag me out of the shops and I’m still in there even when I have no money. And I’ve so much energy now, which I’ll need seeing as I’m getting married in November!
