Hello everyone

Ive been on this plan for eight weeks and although im loosing weight i cant loose anything from my mid-section, i have four children so i have lots of excess weight in the tummy area and cant seem to shift it. I have been walking and swimming, so im loosing weight all over.

But just if u have any tips or exercises that may help loose the excess from this problem area. Thanks for any help u may have to give me

Thanks

The unislim resistance band is super. The 10-15 minute session at your local class is a fantastic workout. The beauty about it is that when you get home after class you can still get in more toning exercise even while watching TV in the comfort of your own home. This is better than they gym. You will feel the exercises on your tummy area. The band will tone up alot of problem areas.

Keep up the good work

Collette,

Its just a matter of time before you will have a big smile on your face when you reach that goal. Visualize that smile on your face. It will become a reality one of these days.

The forum is a great way of picking up a tip or two from time to time which can be applied. Always ask questions on a forum, the class leaders only love help unislim members reach that goal. Im glad you enjoy the benefits of a good forum. A healthy forum.
Remember if you create a new healthy habit, you can always fall back onto old habits.
Habits are not always bad.
Make exercising 3, 4 or 5 times a week a "habit".See those unwanted lbs drift away because of your new habit. Make a new healthy snack a habit. Make drinking 8 glasses of water a habit. Challenge yourself to create new healthy habits each week and month ahead. It is a challenge to establish new habits, make it fun and grasp the opportunity to overcome old not so healthy habits
Mowing a lawn is also another good household task which develops tummy muscles and burns significant calories at the same time. I like win win situations.
Regards
