Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone had a nice, low fat recipe for pasta salad?
Love having something like that with some chicken for my lunch in the summer.

Hi Pinklady
What about using your namesake? A pink grapefruit, chopped chicken fillet, sweetcorn and 30gr pasta. Add in some fresh beetroot, not the one in vinegar. Add some extra light Mayo or Salad Cream, one slice of wholegrain bread, a refreshing lunch.
