Hi Mrs Mar, fancy meeting you here . I am in the same boat myself, DH says abdominal crunches are the only way to truly tighten your belly. Definitely my least favourite of things to do......
Pilates also would be excellant or yoga.

Hello, I just bought ryvita wholegrain cracker bread. They are only 20kcals each and on units you could eat 2 for 1/2 unit, so on maxi plan would 3 be a carb portion or 2? I don't know, but if a slice of bread is normally around 85kcals??
Many thanks x

Hi all, I was wondering can your one other protein be carried over to another day or if you just lose it if you don't use? Thanks!

Hi Pink lady,
Other protein is USE it or Lose it. It can not be carried over as it is a maximum of 1 serving from this section per day.

XSO,
If you can find the calories per bottle I will tell you exactly but until then count it as 2 per bottle.

Quick question about the Knorr Meal Maker sachets, are all of them free, or is it only certain ones? I was particularly interested in their Supreme of Chicken one with is made with milk (was going to use skimmed milk). Hopefully this is free otherwise I'll have to come up with another dinner plan.

Hi Fergus,
Enjoy your meal.....ITS FREE.
The sachets themselves are FREE but you do have to count anything you use in them but as skim milk is aslo free..........You are away with it.

Hi, I joined Unislim last week and I'm really enjoying the Maxi plan. It gets me to eat more healthily and I like being able to earn my treats through exercise (chocolate is guilt-free when it's earned)!
I have a question: does anyone know what category a small white wrap falls under? Am I right in thinking it's one 'other' carb?
Thanks!

Happy slim,
You are correct, and if you choose the wholemeal or multi grain one it comes under the low / med GI carb. Tesco do a lovely healthy living one.

Hi
I was recently told I was dairy intolerant and I'm trying to get some ideas for breakfast meals. Does anyone know where protein powder, e.g whey, and also almond milk come under the maxi plan? I would like to start adding these to breakfast smoothies to keep me full until lunch. Also what about soya yogurts and soya milk, rice milk?
Many thanks

Ok, only after reading whey protein is made from cow's milk so that's out. What about soy, rice protein powders?
Any help would be much appreciated X
