It's set to have the last person who logged in there as the name, just delete that name and input your name, choose a colour and  password is unislim.
Hopefully that will help with the logging in.
 
Then click on the button below "Join Chat". To see the room commands, click the "commands" button on the left. And to leave chat, use /bye or /leave

Just about to join tomorrow so would be delighted to hear any tips to get rid of this 3 stone of blubber once and for all.  I'm 55 now and want to look good for 56!
