Im finding dinners hardest because by time i eat some fruit after lunch and so on im not hungry enough for anything for a while. i no if i am down next week there will be plenty of smiles my temp goal weight is 6lb from wat i am now but it just seems so far away!!! These chats were def a great invention feel alot better after i get my little rants out!]]>

A pink grapefruit, chopped chicken fillet, sweetcorn and 30gr pasta. Add in some fresh beetroot, not the one in vinegar. Add some extra light Mayo or Salad Cream, one slice of wholegrain bread, a refreshing lunch.<br>]]>

Before you can say BOO we will be in Sept. Think of all the new members who will be joining a Unislim class then.... where will you be? You will be way ahead because you will have had a great first w/e of August. <br>This w/e I intend to get out walking as much as possible. Make the very most of the Summer we have left, do not waste time on the housework or the ironing, get out, the ironing can wait till during the week when the w/e is over.<br>If you are going out whats the problem? Count those carbs and get the exercise in:)<br>Have a great w/e<br>]]>
