Serves 4 Ingredients4 skinless chicken fillets 1 onion, chopped 2 large oranges, segmented 150ml orange juice 150ml white wine 1 tsp corn flour 224g apricots (fresh or tinned in own juice), chopped Chopped parsleyMethodPlace onion, orange juice and wine in saucepan.  Simmer until tender.
