Easy chicken tikka


FREE MEAL

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken fillets
  • Seasoning to taste
  • 6 tbsp low fat natural yogurt (less than 60kcal per 100g)
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped

Method

  1. Slice 3 times across each chicken breast without cutting through.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients together and spoon over chicken.
  4. Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat grill.
  6. Line grill pan with foil.
  7. Grill chicken for 8-10 minutes on each side.
