Eat Healthy - Go Raw


There’s a lot to be said for including more raw food in your diet as you eat foods in their natural state with all the food enzymes intact. Raw fruits, vegetables, sprouted grains or seeds all contain food enzymes which are extremely healthy. Get into the very healthy habit of eating SOME RAW FOODS each day.
