The weeks fly by don't they? So over the weekend get ready to start whole heartedly into the new week. Make sure your fridge and fruit bowl is freshly stocked with a wide variety of fruit and veg; and plan your meals in advance.

Packed lunches are a slimmers saviour; take some tinned fish, some cous-cous, celery and cherry tomatoes with you and prepare fresh at lunch time- your work mates will be jealous!
