Terms & Conditions:

1. The promoters are Unislim and Barry & Fitzwilliam.

2. This promotion is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland except employees of the Promoters (Unislim and Barry & Fitzwilliam)) and its affiliates, contractors, agents and their families, and anyone else directly or indirectly connected with this promotion. Entrants must be over 18 years of age at the time of entry and the Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity.

3. Participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to agree to be bound by them when entering this promotion.

4. No purchase is necessary to participate. In order to enter the promotion, participants must register their interest by posting on the Unislim Ireland Facebook page www.facebook.com/Unislim. The Promoters takes no responsibility for any lost applications resulting from any technical or telecommunications faults and these will be deemed invalid.

5. The prize is a meal for the winner and four friends. The meal will include starter, main course and coffee. The competition winners and their four friends are then invited to enjoy some Corona Light at a Dublin Late Night venue.

6. Prizes will be offered as stated and are non-transferrable. No cash alternative will be offered.

7. To qualify for entry into the draw: Simply register your details as outlined above. No purchase is necessary.

8. Applicants to the competition are limited to one entry.

9. The draw will be made by an independent person and the decision of the promoters is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

10. There will three winners. The first winner will be notified by email on 4^th January 2013, we will announce the next winner on Jan 11^th 2013 and the final winner will be announced on Jan 18^th 2013

11. From notification of winning the prize is valid for a three month period and will not extent beyond this time. Winners will be sent details of the chosen venue to make their reservation in advance.

12. The winner may be asked for further contact details to verify their identity.

13. Entry submissions will be retained for fulfilment of the promotion and for the promoters to contact occasionally about special offers and promotions.

14. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoters reserves the right to change the prize or offer an alternative prize of equal value. No cash in lieu of prize.
