Its official – the best way to slim!

You’ve read our amazing success stories, you’ve seen the fabulous photos of our LowLow Unislimmer of the Year finalists who have lost a sensational 100 stone and you watched us lauch our fabulous new App on TV3’s The Apprentice – still not convinced that Unislim gets great results? Well, it’s now official – recently published in the prestigious Lancet Journal, researchers have found that twice as many people successfully lose weight while participating in a slimming club, compared to those who used standard weight loss care offered by their GP.

Almost 800 overweight adults were recruited for a 1 year trial where half were assigned to a slimming club and the other half were encouraged to use standard weight loss advice offered by their health care provider. Not only was weight loss significantly higher for those who joined slimming clubs like Unislim, this group also had larger reductions in waist measurements, more significant improvements in insulin and cholesterol levels and participants were most likely to lose 10% or more of their initial body weight – all great results in our eyes!
