Body Mass Index (BMI) can be used to indicate if you are overweight, obese, underweight or normal. The score will help you decide if you need to lose weight or in some instances, gain weight.

The BMI is also used a general guideline to assess your longevity and general health. However, the BMI does have its limitations. It may overestimate the body fat level of people who are muscular or athletic and underestimate the level of people who are older or who have lost muscle mass.

To find out your BMI, simply fill in your height in feet and your weight in pounds and let us calculate it for you! The score is valid for both men and women.

What the Numbers all mean

However, if you aren’t an athlete, you should consider gaining weight. Unislim can also provide you with guidelines to gain weight and muscle mass through a healthy diet and good exercise habits.
